“Maurice la chaise” by STRYD is a stackable chair designed specifically, but not exclusively, to be made from reclaimed wood. Its parts are intended for efficient manufacturing by assembling offcuts and leftover pieces from industrial production. Maurice was created according to the following principles: design in service of daily life, using materials in their raw state, and produced through methods that enable an intuitive relation between subject and object.
