JUYUN is a Rotterdam-based artist and designer. Her work bridges the boundaries between industrial remnants and traditional craftsmanship. By combining the structural lines of modern infrastructure—such as factory frameworks and plumbing—with the meticulous, layer-by-layer technique of traditional Korean lacquerwork (Ottchil), she transforms rigid, functional molds into organic, tactile spatial objects, lighting, and furniture.
