Each design balances beauty, function, and sustainability—proving that old-world skill and new-world tools like AI, 3D printing, and inflatable technology can work hand in hand.

Sell Then Make – Redefining Furniture
A sofa produced only after purchase: frames are 3D printed to size, matched with steel tubes, and finished with sustainable Kvadrat textiles. No stock, no waste—just a flexible, circular design that’s easy to assemble, reupholster, and recycle.
Sofair – Air is Everywhere
An inflatable sofa that replaces heavy frames with air. Compact, lightweight, and eco-friendly, it’s made for both indoors and outdoors using recycled textiles and TPU. Furniture reimagined: light, portable, and sustainable.
Timeless Chair – AI as a Design Buddy
In collaboration with AI and master chairmaker Georg Gademann, Leijh designed a wooden chair built to last generations. Crafted in local oak or fast-growing Paulownia, it pairs timeless woodworking with replaceable cushions in sustainable fabrics. A dialogue between craftsmanship and AI creativity.
U-Tube – Fun & Function
A playful collection of chairs and stools crafted from steel tubing. Minimal materials, maximum effect—with a standout rotating bar stool offering intuitive, hidden movement.
